What Relook collects, why, and what it never sees.

Last updated 6 September 2026

Relook is a WordPress plugin and a service that designs a new look for a site you already own. There are no user accounts and no profiles. This page describes everything the product handles.

On this website

This website is a set of static pages. It has no forms, no accounts and no demo that fetches other sites; the only way to reach us from it is the email link, and what you send by email is handled by email.

The host that serves these pages, Firebase Hosting, keeps short-lived request logs, including your IP address, to run and protect the service. We use no analytics service and set no tracking cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them.

In the plugin, on your site

  • A site key. On first use the plugin generates a random identifier for your site. It is what your credit balance is attached to. It is not derived from your domain, your name, or your email.
  • Your page structure, when you generate a look. Your site sends one rendered sample of each page shape (index, a post, your front page, an archive, the not-found page) together with screenshots of your public pages taken by our service. The designer needs to see what it is designing.
  • Your brief. The direction you type is sent with that request.
  • A preview cookie. Set on your own site, for logged-in administrators only, so that you can see a candidate look that visitors cannot.

Generation material is used to produce your look and is not sold, published, or used to advertise to you. The designer is an AI model run by Anthropic, and the page structure and brief are sent to it to produce your stylesheet. We do not ask for your WordPress password and the plugin never sends your database, your customer records, or your form submissions.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. Card numbers never reach your website or our service. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and which site key to credit. Stripe's handling of your payment details is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

Email

If you write to us, we keep the message so we can answer it.

Your choices

Deactivating the plugin stops all of the above. To have the record of your site key and its credit balance deleted, write to developer@relook.design from the address you paid with, and say which site. Deleting it forfeits any unspent credits on that key.
